What is Willit?

Willit is a marketplace for wild and natural produce in Finland. Fishers, hunters, foragers, and small farms sell their harvest directly to buyers — homes, restaurants and businesses.

What can I buy on Willit?

You can buy fresh wild and natural produce - berries, mushrooms, fish, game, wild herbs - plus honey and farm products directly from Finnish producers.

How does preordering on Willit work?

You choose a seasonal product and preorder it. You pay right away — the price is an indicative estimate, and any difference is refunded. If the producer can't deliver, we refund that share in full.

Is Willit available across Finland?

Yes. Willit operates across all of Finland. The available selection depends on local producers and the season. The first Willit kontti pickup points open in Oulu.

What is a Willit kontti?

A Willit kontti is a self-service pickup container: the producer leaves your order in a locker, and you collect it with a pickup code whenever it suits you. The pilot is running in Oulu. Sellers can also rent the kontti for a popup sales day and sell face to face.

Does Willit serve restaurants and professional kitchens?

Yes. Business customers order on invoice, prices are 0 % VAT, and batch details come with every delivery. One order and one invoice from multiple producers. Start from the For businesses page.

What does using Willit cost?

Nothing for buyers. For sellers, listing and the seller portal are free and there is no commission — the buyer pays the producer directly. You pay only for a shelf slot in a kontti: room temperature €19/month or €2/day, cold €29/month or €3/day. A popup sales day is €15/day.

How do I get my order?

Pickup from a pickup point or kontti, or delivery through a logistics partner. The producer never drives the order to the buyer's door themselves.

How do I know where the food comes from?

Every batch carries the producer's name, the catch or foraging location and the date. The same details appear on the product page and on the line items of a business customer's invoice.
