1. Available Payment Methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported:

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay.

OP Lasku: A flexible invoice payment method for all Finnish banks' customers. Suitable for online purchases of up to 5,000 € with an interest-free payment term of 45 days.

Availability of payment methods may vary depending on order amount and seller.

2. Payment Process

Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these payment terms, product pricing and shipping costs.

An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

All prices include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Service Provider

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the merchant.

Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

4. Payment Security

All payment transactions are handled securely via Visma Pay.

Security Measures:

  • All information is exchanged through secured connections
  • PCI DSS certified payment service
  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) according to EU Payment Services Directive
  • Card details are not stored on Willit servers

5. Seller Payouts

Registered Businesses (Business ID):

Payments are transferred to the seller's bank account the next business day after pickup is confirmed. Willit retains a commission on successful transactions.

Private Sellers (Everyman's Rights):

Individuals can sell berries and mushrooms collected under everyman's rights without a business ID. Payments for private sellers are not processed through the platform's payment system. The buyer and seller agree on the payment method between themselves (e.g. cash, MobilePay, bank transfer). Payment is made at pickup or in another manner agreed upon by both parties.

Commission:

Willit retains a commission on successful transactions. The commission rate is shown to the seller in the order details.

6. Complaints and Problem Situations

Payment-Related Problems:

Order Problems:

If you don't receive the product or encounter problems with the order:

  • First contact the seller via the chat function
  • If the matter is not resolved, contact Willit customer service

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time: typically 3-5 business days
  • Card payment refunds may take longer depending on bank processing time

Order Cancellation and Defect Liability:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board.
