Why don't you take a commission?

Our income is a flat monthly fee, not a share of your sales. The price is the same whether you sell €100 or €5,000 a month — we don't need to price your work.

How does the buyer pay?

Directly to you — MobilePay, bank transfer or invoice. You agree on the method together. For restaurant orders we invoice the restaurant on your behalf and settle the agreed producer price to you.

How does the seasonal pause work?

Pause your membership from the seller dashboard at any time. You only pay for active months, and your locker waits until you continue.

What does a locker spot include?

A named spot in a Willit kontti: you leave your products in your locker and the buyer picks them up with a pickup code. The Business and Wholesale tiers also include cold storage.

Can I rent a sales spot for just one day?

Yes. A popup sales day at the kontti costs €15/day. Get in touch and we'll reserve the day for you — for ongoing sales, the locker tiers are the cheapest way.

Can I use my locker as storage?

Yes. The locker is yours for the whole period — store your harvest between pickups and restocks. Cold storage is included in the Business and Wholesale tiers.

Can a restaurant order from several producers at once?

Yes. We assemble the order from several producers and the restaurant gets one invoice. You get your share as a ready-made order and a settlement, with no invoicing work.

Can I change tiers mid-season?

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and the invoice updates from the next period. A downgrade starts from the beginning of the next period.
