For producer groups
Sell bigger, together
Willit turns groups of small producers — foraging circles, harbor fishermen, small farms and hunting clubs — into one reliable supplier for large buyers, and splits the money between members.
- The group sells bigger together than any member alone
- The buyer gets one supplier, not five phone numbers
- The money splits between members — no spreadsheets, no arguments
The problem is on both sides
The group's problem
An individual forager, fisher, farmer or hunter is almost always too small for a wholesale buyer: not enough volume, no delivery reliability to promise, and invoicing, traceability paperwork and fund splitting land on one person. Together the group would have the volume — but then someone has to volunteer as salesperson, biller and treasurer.
The large buyer's problem
A restaurant, wholesaler or public kitchen wants local, wild, traceable food — but won't call five producers, chase five invoices, or carry the risk of whether goods arrive next week.
Willit's place is the work in between: aggregation, pricing, paperwork, one invoice, fund splitting. The cooperative's back office, digitized — without the group having to found a cooperative.
Who it's for
Foraging circles
Berries, mushrooms, wild herbs. The circle's lots are bundled into one sellable batch, the price is agreed as a group, and each picker is paid by kilos delivered.
Harbor fishermen
Several boats' catch becomes one dependable weekly delivery for restaurants. First-buyer and traceability records are created in the same flow, settlement per boat.
Small-farm groups
The capacities of a region's small farms become one offering for public kitchens and restaurants. Each farm produces what it does best — one assortment, one invoice.
Hunting clubs
The legal route to restaurant sales pre-arranged: game-handling establishment partners, delivery documents and quota tracking. Proceeds to the club's account and onward to members by an agreed split.
How it works
-
The group registers
A foraging circle, harbor, farm ring or club creates a collective and invites its members.
-
Members declare capacity
What, how much, when.
-
Willit brings the buyer
We collect demand from restaurants, wholesalers and kitchens and match it to the group's supply. The price is agreed before delivery.
-
One delivery, one invoice
Traceability and delivery documents are generated in the same flow.
-
Money is split
Each member their share, the group its common share, books ready for inspection.
What you get
Sell bigger, together
The group registers on Willit as a collective, members declare their capacity, and sales happen in the group's name. Joint campaigns distribute orders across members by capacity.
One supplier the buyer can count on
Restaurant and wholesale needs come to Willit, we match them to the group's capacity and make an offer. The buyer gets one delivery, one reference-number invoice and full traceability.
Money split without arguments or spreadsheets
ComingWhen the buyer pays one invoice, Willit settles each member's share — by kilos, capacity, or the group's own agreed rule. You never invoice anything: Willit draws up the settlement statement for you and pays your share straight to your account. The club or circle can retain an agreed common share.
Today settlement works per producer, per order; group-level split settlement is the top item on our roadmap.
