Arctic Crowberry-blackcurrant jam

Description

Crowberry is well known in the north and often grows abundantly in the fells and forests. The blackcurrant gives the jam a little much-needed acidity, which is only a quarter of the amount of berries in the jam. The berries for the jam are picked in Fell Lapland, by my trusted pickers. Proven to be in the cleanest air in the world. I make the jams with the professional skills of a chef.
