There is something magical about this jam. Rhubarb is even a bit neglected, but it starts to shine when it is paired with Finnish habanero chili. Habanero chili does not burn, but brings a nice heat to the eater. The rhubarb for the jams is picked from Fell Lapland, I picked it myself. Proven to be in the cleanest air in the world. I prepare the jams with the professionalism of a chef.
