We check availability with the gatherers and small producers. Your money is held safely and isn't released to the producer yet — only then does the producer harvest yours to order.

Collect from a pickup point (kontti), or have it delivered by our logistics partner.

Confirm when you receive it
Only then is the money released to the producer.
Money back if we can't deliver
If the harvest fails, the producer doesn't deliver, or the product runs out, we refund you — it was held safely the whole time.
