Suosimme villejä, paikallisia, kotimaisia ja luomulaatuisia raaka-aineita aina kun mahdollista. Valmistamme tuotteet käsin pienissä erissä perinteisin menetelmin, kuten kuivaamalla – näin säilytämme niiden luonnollisen laadun ja vaalimme suomalaista kansanperinnettä.
