Päivätär - Revitalising Herbal Tea Päivätär is, in Finnish folklore, the daughter of the sun—a symbol of light and radiance. This herbal tea is crafted to bring freshness and lightness. Ingredients: Dandelion leaf, birch leaf, nettle, calendula, peppermint, lemon balm. Use: Add 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal blend to a cup / 2,5 dl of hot water. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Recommendation: Enjoy this revitalising herbal tea as a short course: 1–2 cups daily for 1–2 weeks. Nettle tea is not recommended for people suffering from kidney failure.
