Berryketchup
The berryketchup has a rich, full-bodied flavor and it contains a generous amount of lingonberries from Ii. In addition to cinnamon and fresh ginger, it is seasoned with wild herbs from the local nature: ground elder, nettle, and yarrow. Berry ketchup can be used like regular ketchup to season food. It pairs especially well with game, meat or vegetables, and adds flavor to various sauces and stews. An excellent condiment for burgers, hot dogs, and grilled sausages. Also try it with cheeses!
