Frequently Asked Questions

What can I do with the Free package?

You can list products, set pickup times, and receive pre-orders. Buyers order and pay you directly at pickup (cash, MobilePay, bank transfer). Online payments and delivery integrations are not included in the Free package.

When do I pay the 10% commission?

Commission is only charged on the Active package when a sale is successfully completed through the platform. No sales = no commission. The Full package has zero commission.

Why choose the Full package?

With the Full package (€59/mo), there is zero commission. If your sales exceed about €590/mo, the Full package is more cost-effective than the 10% commission. Plus you get pickup network, analytics, and priority support.

Is there a monthly fee on the Active package?

No. With the Active package, you only pay a 10% commission on successful sales. No sales, no charges.
