Päivätär - Revitalising Herbal Tea Päivätär is, in Finnish folklore, the daughter of the sun—a symbol of light and radiance. This herbal tea is crafted to bring freshness and lightness. It is made from plants traditionally valued in herbal infusions that support a sense of bodily lightness. Gentle and refreshing, this tea is especially suited to seasonal transitions, when a feeling of renewal is often needed. Ingredients: Dandelion leaf, birch leaf, nettle, calendula, peppermint, lemon balm. Use: Add 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal blend to a cup / 2,5 dl of hot water. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Recommendation: Enjoy this revitalising herbal tea as a short course: 1–2 cups daily for 1–2 weeks. Nettle tea is not recommended for people suffering from kidney failure.
